We would choose this hotel over any other in the area because of the team working there. Excellent customer service. Five star, gold standard. The manager and the whole team could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, delicious. Room was very nice, quiet. Hotel is in a great location.

Very clean room, comfy bed. The front desk employees were always friendly and greeted everyone. The location really can’t be beat! Right in town and we walked to all the restaurants and shops. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was good… crispy bacon…yum! Loved the window treatments that completely shut out the sunlight when you want to. We would definitely stay here on our next trip.

The person who helped me with my check-in was excellent! I booked through Booking.com and Booking failed to complete the booking of my room. I expected to be told something like, "you will have to take that up with Booking.com, that's not our problem". The young man (dark hair, working the registration desk at 3:30 pm and again early Sunday morning) who helped me immediately assured me that my three rooms would be re-booked on site at a rate at, or below, what Booking quoted. The three room were re-booked at a lower rate. This was excellent customer service on site. Would have second thoughts using Booking again.

Breakfast was awesome. The General Manager was awesome. He bailed us out because Booking.com totally screwed up our reservations. When we arrived, the reservation from Booking had not been transmitted to the hotel. Even though it was a huge festival week and the hotel was booked, the General Manager found a way to get us a room. Because I had prepaid, he even said he would deal with Booking on getting the room fee and for us to enjoy the weekend and not give it another thought.

The location was terrific. We stumbled into a festival right in front of the hotel, which was a nice surprise. We had not realied that the hotel was 15 steps off the square. Lovely facility.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It's right in town so you can walk anywhere & it's relatively close to wineries & state parks. The breakfast is very good & had some different selections, like cheese omelets & pancakes instead of scrambled eggs & waffles. I really enjoyed the cinnamon rolls!

The staff was amazing. Always ready to help with information, suggestions, a smile. We have mention Aiden who went above to make this a memorable stay. All the girls were more than willing to help. Room was very comfortable and clean and the town was great. One of our best stays ever.

The breakfast was pretty good but would have liked to have had bacon. Location was perfect for being able to walk to anything in town.

Breakfast was good, especially the cinnamon rolls. The location was perfect! It was walking distance to all of the Dahlonega shops/restaurants in the town square. Parking was very convenient as well.
